We were delighted that Country Life Magazine named one of our Directors Ruth Lawton-Owen amongst the top party planners in the UK.
In the feature Ruth talks about her own inspiration and of course some of the AC’s most fantastic events. With such a rich heritage of sensationally stylish and innovative events it was hard to pick favourites but it made us realise how incredibly lucky we are to have clients with such vision to allow us to be at our creative best. Why party planning? I’m a natural born list maker who loves solving logistical problems. It’s the perfect job.
Favourite venue?One of the royal palaces – we regularly work in them.
Most memorable moment?Bumping into the astronaut Neil Armstrong at a party I organised.
Advice to hosts? Don’t forget your duties. Give each of your guests enough of your time and introduce them to each other. Of course, we do everything else for you!
