This year, some of our favourites include delicate Coddled quail’s egg, confit tomato butter on brioche and Pink gin cured sea trout, sesame cone, cucumber, citrus crème fraîche.


Our signature dishes this season include Confit sea trout, crab and kohlrabi cannelloni sea lettuce, oyster emulsion, crispy trout skin and also Lamb rump pressed shoulder shitake duxelle, green bean and pea ragout.

Vegetarians and vegans don’t miss out either, with dishes like Courgette, sunblush tomato and squash pithivier available. We also make sure there are plenty of gluten free options available.

Sweet treats

The delicious delicacies include Champagne jelly with fruit ‘caviar’, Hanging trees of lollies, Sherbet cotton candy clouds and Lemon tartlets with Pimms meringue.

Or for a more contemporary touch, select from our ‘Choux Choix’ – a mix of mini choux buns with decadent fillings and glazes.

We love our praline and chocolate dome caramel crumb, chocolate crisp. While we no longer use gelation in any of our puddings, vegan diners can enjoy the indulgent Kirsch and almond milk mousse, black cherries and dark chocolate.
