Opera Holland Park
Opera Holland Park (OHP) is a summer opera company that produces an annual season of opera under a purpose-built canopy in the beautiful setting of Holland Park, in London’s Kensington & Chelsea. Four or five operas are staged, across around 36 performances with approximately 34,000 tickets sold across a season, making OHP one of the most accomplished non-state opera companies in the UK. Opera Holland Park has a highly successful community and outreach programmes and is one of the genuine success stories of British arts and culture in recent years.
Secrets, lies, political intrigue and obsessive love. Opera Holland Park turns up the heat in 2019 with Puccini’s Manon Lescaut, Verdi’s Un ballo in maschera, Cilea’s L’arlesiana and a double bill of Wolf-Ferrari’s Il segreto di Susanna and Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta. #OHP2019
